Had an ornament show up broken, owner was awesome and very quickly replaced it. Would order from this company again in a heartbeat

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Frankly I was surprised to hear about since all the Santa come packaged and wrapped well from manufacture. I will be peaking for future orders and checking that non of the Santa's are broken.
